After 10 sessions of reformer classes over several weeks I feel a significant improvement in overall strength, posture, flexibility and huge reduction in low back and hip pain. I recommend pilates for individuals of any age and/or fitness level. Jean offers modifications to various exercises, tailoring the workouts to individual capabilities and needs. She makes everyone feel welcome and at home. The yoga classes and mat pilates classes are excellent as well.
