  Excellent customer service! Not only did they deliver my new mattress for free, they also discarded my old one. As far as the mattress goes, it was firmer than I anticipated, but I got used to it after a few days of sleeping on it. I decided to go without a cover for a while, and it looks fine, especially since its covered with blankets in my room. I can imagine if it was in a living room I'd want to buy a cover sooner though, mostly to avoid spills on the white material. I purchased the Supreme 8" full size.

  Had a part that deteriorated from excessive use while my futon was still under warranty, and I was able to go right in and have them place an order for the same part. I had it within a week, and am now happily sleeping on the futon once again. Thank you Futon Man!
